Yes! You can cancel any subscription at any time from your Learner Dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
Each dataset comes with 3 free questions before you need to subscribe. You can test the chatbot quality and see if it meets your needs. After using your 3 free questions, you'll need to subscribe ($5-$20/month) to continue asking questions. You get 3 free questions for each new dataset you try.
Your subscription includes 200 questions per month per dataset. Once you reach this limit, you can purchase additional questions on a pay-per-question basis until your subscription cycle renews. Your question count resets to 200 at the start of each new billing cycle.
Yes. All datasets on AuthorMind Hub, including public domain works like classic literature and philosophy, follow the same subscription pricing ($5-$20/month per dataset). This ensures consistent quality, AI training, and platform features across all content.
Authors receive 60% of all subscription fees automatically. Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings, with a $25 minimum. Money arrives in your bank account 2-3 business days later. You'll need to connect your payment account in the Author Dashboard.
Once you pay the one-time $50 setup fee, you can upload your complete content to that dataset, train your full content (no word limits), and make your chatbot available for learners to subscribe. You'll start earning 60% of all subscription fees from learners who subscribe. There are no recurring author fees—just the initial $50 per dataset.
For Learners: Use the 1-day free trial to test before committing. Once subscribed, we don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime. For Authors: The $50 setup fee is non-refundable after payment since you tested in free mode first, except in cases of technical issues or platform errors.
